I help women who have spent most of their adult life battling their weight, who find it hard to prioritise themselves whilst looking after everyone else. I help them to consider their health in a completely different way.

What is health coaching?
Health coaching supports habit change, with small manageable actions, that cumulatively contribute in a much bigger way to how you feel (AKA the Butterfly Effect) .
During the coaching sessions you'll be learning more about yourself, really understanding what matters to you (and why). You'll uncover any barriers that may have stood in your way previously, finding new strategies to overcome them.
This knowledge combined with the weekly goal setting, accountability, and support come together to offer life long transformation. ​If you are looking to find a sense of joy, self care and acceptance whilst also improving your overall health and well-being, I'd really like to support you in that process.
